At Cool Aroma Gentlemen’s Spa, we aim to provide a smooth and relaxing experience for all our clients. To ensure fairness and availability, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Intro Offer Policy

Our Intro Offer is created for first-time guests to experience our services at a special rate.

Please note the following conditions apply.

• The Intro Offer is available only to first-time clients of Cool Aroma Gentlemen’s Spa.
• Once purchased, the Intro Offer is non-refundable.
• The Intro Offer cannot be cancelled, but it can be rescheduled.
• All rescheduling must follow the standard rescheduling notice period.

2. Packages Policy

Our treatment packages offer exceptional value and flexibility.

Please note the following.

• All packages are non-refundable.
• Packages are non-transferable and can be used only by the client whose name appears on the purchase.
• Sessions within a package must be used before the package expiry date, where applicable.

3. Online Bookings

Single Service Appointments

For all appointments booked online, the following applies.

• If a client cancels an online booking, a fifty per cent cancellation fee will apply.
• If a client does not attend the appointment or gives less than four hours of notice, the full charge will apply.

4. No Show and Late Cancellation Policy for Package Holders

For clients with active packages, the following rules apply.

• If a client does not attend the session without notice, one full session will be deducted from the package.
• If a cancellation is made less than four hours before the appointment time, one full session will be deducted.

5. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling must be done at least four hours prior to the appointment time.
• Any rescheduling within four hours will be treated as a late cancellation.

6. Payment Terms

• All confirmed bookings are subject to this cancellation and refund policy.
• Payments made for treatments, packages or special offers cannot be converted to cash or credit.
• Cool Aroma Gentlemen’s Spa reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
